Beginner Set is an entry-level modular dog puzzle designed for dogs who are new to enrichment play. This set is built around Level 1 Pawzles — simple, confidence-building mechanisms that introduce dogs to the concept of problem-solving through treat discovery, without overwhelming them.

Fill the compartments with small treats, or spread a meal across the Pawzles to slow down eating and turn mealtime into playtime. Let them explore each mechanism at their own pace. Early wins matter — this set is designed to build the curiosity and motivation that carries dogs through harder puzzles later.

What's in the Box

The Beginner Set comes in three sizes. Mega contains twice the pieces of Mini; Elite contains four times. Every size includes the same Pawzle selection — more Bases and duplicates mean more configurations and longer sessions.

What's Inside

Terra (Level 1) — A flat lick mat surface. Spread on peanut butter, yogurt, or wet food and let your dog lick their way to the reward. A gentle, low-pressure introduction to Pawzler.

Zhu (Level 1) — Horizontal slides with a few hiding spots. Dogs push the slider to uncover the treat — simple, satisfying, and easy to learn.

Onix (Level 1) — A linear slide with a scent hole in the lid. Dogs can smell the treat before they solve it — great for building motivation.

Oli (Level 1, bonus) — A circular pushing motion. Adds variety to the configuration and keeps beginner sessions interesting.

One System, Endless Configurations

Pawzler is the world's first modular dog puzzle system. Every Pawzle clips into any Base and can be rearranged into a new layout each session — no fixed solution means engagement never plateaus. As your dog builds confidence, add more Bases or step up to Level 2 Pawzles to grow the challenge. All Pawzles and Bases in the Pawzler range are fully compatible.

Is the Beginner Set right for my dog?
Yes — if your dog has never used a puzzle toy before, this is the right starting point. All Pawzles are Level 1 with simple, intuitive mechanisms designed to build confidence through early success. If your dog already has some puzzle experience, consider the Rainbow or Smarty Set instead.

Can I mix these Pawzles with pieces from other sets?
Yes. All Pawzler Pawzles are compatible with all Bases, regardless of which set they came from. As your dog progresses, add Level 2 or Level 3 Pawzles to the same Base to grow the challenge.
