The Refill Packet (30g) is for existing TEEF! users — a single powder packet containing 30 servings to top up your glass jar. The desiccant and scoop from your original kit stay in the jar between refills.

How do I use TEEF!?

Add one scoop (1/32 tsp) of Protektin42™ to your dog's water bowl daily — up to 64oz (approximately 1.9 litres). Can also be added to food, treats, a toothbrush, or an enrichment activity. The dose is the same for all dog sizes.

Why is the dose the same for all dog sizes?

TEEF! targets the bacteria in your dog's mouth, not the dog's body weight. Consistent drinking throughout the day coats the mouth and the bacteria in it — that's how TEEF! works below the gum line. One scoop is all that's needed regardless of size.

How long before I see results?

Most pet owners notice breath improvement within 1–2 weeks. Reduction in red, inflamed gum tissue typically appears within 2–4 weeks. Plaque and tartar may naturally soften and begin to fall off after 4+ weeks of consistent daily use. Results may vary by pet.

Does TEEF! replace toothbrushing?

No. TEEF! is most effective when used alongside toothbrushing and regular dental care by a veterinarian. It complements your existing routine by working on the oral microbiome throughout the day.

Why does my dog's water turn yellow?

The Vitamin B6 in Protektin42™ turns yellow when it comes in contact with water. This is completely normal and harmless — it does not affect taste, odour, or effectiveness. Keep the powder away from clothes and absorbent materials to avoid staining.

How long does the mixed water last?

Once mixed with water, use within 2–3 days as Protektin42™ contains no preservatives. For multi-dog households, fill a pitcher with 2–3 scoops and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Can TEEF! cause digestive issues?

Protektin42™ contains a very small amount of soluble fibre, which in rare cases may cause soft or loose stools. If this occurs, temporarily reduce the dose by half until stools return to normal.
