EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer exchanges for non-edible products only. Exchanges must be made in person at our physical store within 3 days from your date of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
— In its original, unused condition
— With all tags attached
— In its original packaging
You will also need to present your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
If the exchanged item is of lower value than the original, no refund will be given for the difference.
NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
— All edible products (food, treats, supplements)
— Items that have been opened, used, or removed from original packaging
— Items returned after 3 days from the date of purchase
— e-Gift Cards
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
ONLINE ORDERS
For online purchases, you will need to bring the item to our physical store for exchange. Items sent back to us without prior arrangement will not be accepted.
If you purchased online and wish to exchange, please contact us first so we can confirm eligibility and arrange the exchange before you visit.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
