How It Works

Step 1: Collect — Use the included fur comb to collect a small fur sample from your pet. No trimming or cutting required.

Step 2: Send — Place the sample in the collection bag, complete the customer form, and drop everything into the prepaid return mailer.

Step 3: Results — Your pet's sensitivity report is delivered via email, typically within 21 to 30 working days of Pawllergy receiving your sample. Reports are processed at their laboratory in the United Kingdom and are often ready sooner.
