Frequently Asked Questions

Can I give bone broth to both my dog and cat?

Yes. All six flavours are suitable for both dogs and cats.

How should I store bone broth?

Keep frozen until ready to use. Unopened pouches last 1 year from the production date. Once thawed, store in the fridge and use within 5 days. Unused broth thawed in its original packaging can be refrozen and consumed within 2 to 3 months; once thawed again, use within 3 to 4 days. The jelly-like consistency when chilled is a sign of high collagen content and is completely normal.

Which flavour should I choose for a dog with joint issues?

Wild Kangaroo bone broth includes New Zealand green-lipped mussel, which is widely recognised for its natural glucosamine and omega-3 content, traditionally associated with joint and mobility support. All bone broths contain naturally occurring collagen, chondroitin, and MSM which are also traditionally associated with joint health.

Is the Teochew Fish Soup flavour suitable for cats?

Yes. All six flavours, including Teochew Fish Soup, are suitable for both dogs and cats.
