Shipping Policy
SINGAPORE DELIVERY
We offer complimentary shipping within Singapore on all orders above SGD$49. Orders below SGD$49 will incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, including unit number and postal code. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
FROZEN FOOD DELIVERY
Frozen food orders are delivered separately from non-frozen items to ensure proper cold-chain handling.
Each frozen food product has its own minimum order requirement for complimentary delivery. These minimums are indicated on the respective product pages. Frozen orders that do not meet the minimum will incur a SGD$20 delivery fee.
We require at least 12 hours' notice ahead of your chosen delivery day and time slot. Frozen deliveries are not available on public holidays or the eve of public holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. Shipping rates and delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination country, order weight, and product type.
Please note that all edible products, including raw food, gently cooked meals, freeze-dried food, broth, treats, and supplements, are not available for international shipping.
For international orders, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability, shipping cost, and estimated delivery time.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed daily during our operating hours (11am–7pm, GMT+8). Orders placed after 7pm or on public holidays will be processed the following business day.
If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a partial shipment or a revised delivery timeline.
