Every Pawzler setup starts with a Base. Pawzles cannot function without one — they must be clipped into the Base to stay in place during play.

How does Pawzler difficulty work?

Pawzler uses three difficulty levels. Level 1 includes Onix, Oli, Terra, and Zhu with simple sliding and pushing mechanics. Level 2 includes Zoey, Peach, Nai, and Kaya with lifting, blocking, and lever mechanics. Level 3 includes Sela, Maya, Bunny, Piper, and Louvre with multi-step mechanisms requiring sequencing.

Which Pawzler set should I start with?

The Beginner Set suits dogs new to puzzle toys. The Rainbow or Smarty Set suits dogs with some experience. The Genius Set is for experienced puzzle solvers only and is not recommended as a first puzzle.

Can I mix Pawzles from different sets?

Yes. All Pawzles are compatible with all Bases regardless of difficulty level or which set they came from.

Can I connect multiple Pawzler Bases together?

Yes. Larger Pawzles including Terra, Oli, Zhu, Kaya, Piper, Bunny, and Louvre can be used to link two Bases together, extending the overall puzzle footprint.

How do I clean Pawzler?

Detach all Pawzles from the Base before cleaning. Hand wash in warm water with a pet-friendly washing liquid, soaking for about ten minutes. Or place on the top rack of a dishwasher. For a quick clean after each session, wipe down with unscented pet-friendly wipes.

What is Pawzler made from?

Pawzler is made from food-safe, BPA-free, phthalate-free plastic with smooth edges and no sharp parts. Designed and manufactured in Lithuania to EU and US FDA food-safety standards.

End the session immediately and remove the puzzle. Do not return it until your dog is calm. Pawzler is an enrichment toy, not a chew toy. Pieces damaged through chewing are not covered under warranty.
