ABOUT IN GOOD THYME
In Good Thyme is a Singapore-based pet treat maker (AVS License: FE2100019) that freeze-dries every batch in-house from fresh, whole ingredients. There's no factory, no outsourcing, and no mass production — just small runs of thoughtfully designed treats made from ingredients you can actually pronounce. The brand is known for its creative, food-inspired shapes (onigiri balls, pralines, muffins, heart-shaped bites) and its use of novel proteins like rabbit and crocodile alongside more familiar ones like duck, pork, and chicken. All treats are safe for both dogs and cats, and can be enjoyed as-is for a crunchy bite or rehydrated for a softer texture.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are In Good Thyme treats safe for cats?
Yes. All In Good Thyme treats are safe for both dogs and cats. Products recommended specifically for cats are simply made with feline preferences in mind (smaller sizes, catnip), but the entire range is safe for both species.
What does "novel protein" mean and why does it matter?
A novel protein is one your pet has never or rarely been exposed to — such as rabbit or crocodile. Because the immune system hasn't encountered the protein before, it's less likely to trigger a food sensitivity reaction. Novel proteins are commonly recommended for dogs and cats with allergies or suspected food intolerances.
Can these treats be rehydrated?
Yes. Add a small amount of water and let them soften for a few minutes. This is particularly useful for senior pets, puppies, or pets with dental sensitivities who prefer a softer texture.
How should I store these treats?
In a cool, dry place for up to six months. These treats are made in small batches without preservatives, so shelf life is intentionally shorter than mass-produced treats. The Sweet Hearts (sweet potato) variety is best stored in the fridge, as the orange sweet potato softens faster due to higher moisture content.
Are these treats made in Singapore?
Yes. Every batch is made and freeze-dried in-house by In Good Thyme at their AVS-licensed facility in Singapore. No outsourced production, no factory lines.
