Terra is a Level 1 Pawzler puzzle piece with a textured lick mat surface that occupies four spots on the Base. It is the only Pawzle in the range designed specifically for spreadable foods — and it doubles as a Base connector, linking two Bases together to extend the overall puzzle setup.

How It Works

Terra's textured surface holds spreadable foods in place while dogs lick their way through. The licking action is naturally calming and encourages slower, more deliberate eating — making Terra as useful at mealtime as it is for enrichment sessions. Spread on peanut butter, yogurt, wet food, or any soft topping, place it on the Base, and let your dog work through it at their own pace.

For an extended challenge, fill Terra and freeze it before use. A frozen Terra significantly extends session time and is particularly useful during warm weather or for dogs who clear standard Pawzles too quickly.

Pairs with Maya

Terra's flat profile makes it a natural partner for Maya — the Maya drawer slides directly over Terra, creating a layered two-Pawzle challenge in a compact footprint. Place Terra beneath Maya to add an additional reward layer and extend the overall puzzle without adding complexity overhead.

Use as a Base Connector

Terra's four-spot footprint allows it to span the join between two adjacent Bases, physically linking them together and extending the overall puzzle footprint. This increases the number of possible configurations and extends session time without requiring additional connector pieces.

Compatibility

Terra clips into any Pawzler Base and is compatible with all Pawzles and Bases in the range. A Base is required — Terra cannot be used without one. Terra is included in the Beginner Set.
