Woof Living is the official exclusive distributor of Pawzler in Singapore and Malaysia. Pawzler is a modular dog puzzle system from Denmark — a Base platform with 12 anchoring spots onto which any combination of individual Pawzles clips securely. Mix, match, and rearrange Pawzles to create a different puzzle each session. As your dog's skills grow, increase the difficulty or add more Bases to expand the layout. Every Pawzle is compatible with every Base, regardless of difficulty level.
The System
Pawzler works across three difficulty levels. Sets are the easiest way to start — each includes a Base and a curated selection of Pawzles ready to use out of the box. Individual Pawzles can be added at any time to expand the setup, replace a piece, or step up the challenge.
Level 1 — Beginner. Simple treat-finding mechanics. Ideal for dogs new to puzzle toys, puppies, senior dogs, and easily frustrated dogs.
Level 2 — Intermediate. More complex mechanics requiring deliberate nose or paw manipulation to access treats.
Level 3 — Advanced. Multi-step or sliding mechanics. For experienced puzzle dogs who have worked through lower levels.
Mental Enrichment — Why It Matters
15 minutes of Pawzler delivers the mental equivalent of a much longer physical walk. Problem-solving activates a dog's brain in a way that physical exercise alone cannot — reducing anxiety, destructive behaviour, and boredom-related issues. Pawzler is particularly valuable for high-drive breeds, dogs in recovery, dogs in urban environments with limited outdoor time, and any dog that needs more mental stimulation than their current routine provides.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a Base to use Pawzles?
Yes — the Base is essential. Every Pawzle clips onto the Base to stay in place during play. Without a Base, individual Pawzles cannot be used.
If you are starting from scratch, the easiest way to begin is with a complete set — the Beginner, Rainbow, Smarty, or Genius Set each include a Base with a selection of Pawzles ready to play out of the box.
If you already own a Base and want to expand your setup, you can purchase individual Pawzles separately and clip them straight onto your existing Base. The Base is also available on its own for $18 if you want to run two puzzle stations simultaneously.
What is the difference between the sets?
Each set contains a Base plus a curated selection of Pawzles at a specific difficulty level. The Beginner Set is Level 1, the Rainbow Set spans Level 1–2, the Smarty Set is Level 2, and the Genius Set is Level 3. Each set comes in two sizes — a smaller configuration and a larger one with more Pawzles.
Can I mix Pawzles from different sets?
Yes — all Pawzles are fully compatible with all Bases regardless of which set they came from. Mixing Pawzles across levels is encouraged as your dog progresses.
How do I increase the difficulty over time?
Three ways: add more Pawzles to fill more of the Base, introduce higher-level Pawzles, or rearrange existing Pawzles into new configurations. The same pieces can produce a different puzzle every session simply by changing their positions on the Base.
Is Pawzler suitable for cats?
Yes — Pawzler is suitable for dogs, cats, and small animals including rabbits, guinea pigs, and hamsters. The food-safe materials and treat-based mechanics work for any species.
How do I clean Pawzler?
All Pawzles and Bases are dishwasher safe — top rack only. After each dishwasher cycle, rinse with warm water to remove any residue. Check that the four rubber stoppers on the underside of the Base are still securely in place after washing — they can loosen with frequent dishwasher use. Hand washing in warm soapy water is also suitable.
Where is Pawzler made?
Pawzler is designed in Denmark and manufactured in Lithuania from food-safe, BPA-free, phthalate-free plastic. All materials meet EU and US FDA standards. Colours are blue and yellow — the two colours dogs can actually see.
