The Grateful Pet UTI Support is a gently cooked, nutritionist-formulated diet designed as proactive, moisture-rich nutrition for cats prone to urinary stress, recurrent cystitis, or feline urinary tract infections (UTIs). It can be used preventatively or as ongoing nutritional support for cats with recurring urinary concerns.
This low-carbohydrate, high-protein recipe features a palatable combination of grass-fed beef and wild sardines, scientifically formulated to support hydration, urinary pH balance, and bladder lining integrity, the key factors in reducing urinary discomfort and recurrence. It bridges the gap between veterinary-grade nutrition and whole-food care, making clinically credible urinary support more accessible, palatable, and practical for everyday feeding.
Quality protein with high biological value. Grass-fed beef and wild sardines provide highly digestible, nutrient-dense protein that supports overall health without unnecessary dietary stress.
Cranberries for urinary pH regulation. Rich in bioactive compounds, cranberries are widely recognised for helping regulate urinary pH and reduce urine acidity, supporting a healthier urinary environment.

It is not designed to prevent medical conditions, but its gentle, condition-considerate formulation makes it suitable for cats who may be at risk or who could benefit from a more tailored nutrient profile. Because the recipe avoids ingredients that may aggravate urinary sensitivities, it can be a good choice for maintaining overall urinary wellness.
Do I need a prescription to feed Support+?
No. Unlike prescription diets that need to be fed under veterinary guidance, Support+ is available without prescription and designed to be safe to feed as everyday nutrition. Support+ does not treat or cure medical conditions, but helps ensure that nutrition does not exacerbate ongoing symptoms. We still recommend discussing dietary changes with your veterinarian, particularly for cats with diagnosed urinary conditions.
What if there's an issue with my delivery?
All The Grateful Pet meals are delivered frozen and cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, due to food safety. If anything arrives damaged, thawed, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with clear photos showing the issue and we will resolve it for you. The sooner you reach out, the faster we can help.

Yes. All The Grateful Pet meals are delivered frozen within Singapore. Complimentary frozen delivery applies to dog food orders of 2 or more boxes, cat food orders of 3 or more boxes, and bone broth orders of 8 or more pouches. A $20 frozen delivery fee applies to orders below these minimums. You can select your preferred delivery day and time slot at checkout.
