Lucky Lobster

The Fluff & Tuff Lucky Lobster is a plush toy designed for active play. Her tail and claws give dogs natural grab points — something to grip for a good shake or a game of tug — while her body stays soft enough to carry around. Underneath, she's built like every Fluff & Tuff toy: a thick Tuffweb™ mesh liner sits between the outer fabric and the fill, and seams are concealed and double-stitched where plush toys usually give out first.

Machine washable, so after a tug session, a trip to the park, or a long stint at the bottom of the toy basket, she comes out clean and colourful again.

Flappy tail and snappy claws. Built-in grab points that make shaking and tugging more satisfying, for dogs and for you.
Built-in squeaker. Adds an extra reward to every shake and squeeze — great for keeping dogs engaged in play.
Ultra-plush outer fabric. Soft to carry and comfortable for dogs who like to hold their toys.

Machine washable. The whole toy goes in the machine.

Size

Medium — 11" long. Easy for small to medium dogs to carry and shake, and long enough to work as a tug toy between you and a larger dog.

Best For

Dogs who play with energy — shakers, tuggers, and fetchers. Lucky suits dogs who like to grab a toy by one end and give it a good shake, and owners who enjoy a game of tug. Not recommended as a solo chew toy — best used for interactive play with supervision.

Care Instructions

Machine washable. Use a gentle cycle with cold water. Air dry or tumble dry on low. Do not bleach.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size dog is Lucky Lobster suitable for?
At 11" long, Lucky is a medium toy. Small to medium dogs can carry and shake her easily, and she's long enough for larger dogs to enjoy as a tug toy with you on the other end.

Does Lucky Lobster squeak?
Yes — Lucky has a built-in squeaker. Some dogs work hard to get to a squeaker, so supervise play and take the toy away if the squeaker becomes exposed.

Can I play tug with it?
Yes — the tail and claws give you and your dog separate ends to hold. Tug puts more strain on any plush toy than carrying or fetch, so check the seams from time to time and retire the toy if the fill starts to show.

Is it suitable for chewers?
Lucky is a shake, tug, and fetch toy, not a dedicated chew toy. The Tuffweb™ liner and double-stitched seams help her last longer than standard plush, but she isn't designed for sustained gnawing. Supervision is recommended for dogs that chew aggressively.

Is it safe?
All Fluff & Tuff toys meet ASTM F963-11 standards, the same safety specification used for children's plush toys in the US. Each toy is tested for lead and phthalates and double-scanned for foreign or metal objects. Eyes are embroidered, not plastic.
