The Fluff & Tuff Mr. Party Bear is a squeaky plush Christmas dog toy designed for fetch, shake and toss. His soft arms and scarf ends give dogs plenty to grab and carry, and his attached top hat and removable scarf make him a festive gift. Underneath, he's built like every Fluff & Tuff toy: a thick Tuffweb™ mesh liner sits between the outer fabric and the fill, and seams are concealed and double-stitched where plush toys usually give out first.

Machine washable, so he can be pulled out of the toy basket and cleaned up for next year's festive season, or kept in play all year round.
