Every toy features Tuffweb™ mesh — a thick inner lining that reinforces the ultra-plush exterior for an extra layer of durability. Manufactured at a boutique ICTI certified factory, Fluff & Tuff toys are custom designed to meet the U.S. ASTM F963-11 Consumer Safety Standard, tested for lead and phthalates, double scanned for metal or foreign objects, AZO dye free, and stuffed with non-toxic polyester fill.
