FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I choose the right ball for my dog?
It depends on how your dog plays. For dogs that love to chase and retrieve, a bouncy rubber or TPR ball works well. For dogs that carry and comfort-hold, a plush ball from Fluff and Tuff gives them something soft to grip without falling apart quickly. For dogs that respond to sound, a squeaky ball adds extra engagement. Each product page includes size and play-style guidance.
Are plush balls durable?
Fluff and Tuff plush balls are built tougher than standard soft toys — with double-stitched seams, a Tuffweb™ mesh liner, and denser fill. They hold up well to fetch and carrying, but no plush toy is truly indestructible. They're best suited to dogs that play with their toys rather than actively destroy them.
What size ball should I get?
Always choose a ball that's large enough that your dog can't swallow it. As a general rule, the ball should be too big to fit entirely in your dog's mouth. Each product page lists dimensions to help you choose the right size for your breed.
Are squeaky balls safe?
Yes — the squeakers in our ball toys are safety tested. However, if your dog is the type to chew through toys to extract the squeaker, always supervise play and remove the toy once it shows signs of damage.
Where can I see balls and pop toys in person?
Everything in this collection is available at our Wheelock Place store — 501 Orchard Road, #01-K3, Singapore. Open daily, 11am–7pm.
