Pawzler Base

The Pawzler Base is the foundation of every Pawzler puzzle — a modular platform with 12 anchoring spots that holds any combination of Pawzles securely in place. Without a Base, Pawzles cannot function. Every Pawzler setup starts here.

How It Works

Each Base has 12 anchoring spots into which any Pawzle clips securely. You do not need to fill all 12 — start with fewer Pawzles for a simpler puzzle and add more as your dog builds confidence. Rearrange the configuration between sessions to create a different puzzle each time. No two setups need to be the same.

As your dog's skills grow, add more Bases to increase the number of possible configurations and extend session time. Larger Pawzles — including Terra, Oli, Zhu, Kaya, Piper, Bunny, and Louvre — function as connector pieces, spanning the join between two adjacent Bases and physically linking them together for a larger, more complex puzzle layout.

Build Your Puzzle in Three Steps

Step 1 — Start with the Base. The foundation every Pawzler puzzle needs.
Step 2 — Clip in your Pawzles. Choose any combination to match your dog's current skill level.
Step 3 — Grow as they do. Add more Bases and Pawzles as confidence and ability increase.

Compatibility

The Pawzler Base is compatible with all Pawzles in the range regardless of difficulty level. Pawzles from different sets can be mixed and matched freely — the Base is the constant, the configuration is up to you.

Base Stoppers — a Quick Note

The underside of the Base has four non-slip rubber stoppers that keep the puzzle stable during play. These are designed to be removable and we recommend checking them periodically during use and after cleaning — they can loosen over time, particularly with frequent dishwasher use.

If you prefer a more permanent setup, a small amount of pet-safe adhesive can be used to secure the stoppers in place. Alternatively, the stoppers can be removed entirely if they are not needed for your surface. Either way, keep them out of reach of pets when not attached to the Base.
