Our hamachi comes from Iyosui's farms in Japan's Seto Inland Sea. Harvested at peak season from south to north and processed 'live', it creates exceptional sashimi. The farms' strategic locations ensure strong currents, producing plump, muscular fish.

With a satisfying texture and melt-in-your-mouth fatty flavor, this hamachi is a delicacy with rich umami taste and is full of healthy nutrients. It has abundant Omega-3 fatty acids, including DHA and EPA, which reduce the risk of hypertension and coronary heart disease. Hamachi contains more than three times the DHA and EPA of salmon.
