What if I received an incorrect order?

We apologise if we made a mistake when processing your order. Please inform us at hello@woofliving.com by quoting your invoice number, your name and the incorrect merchandise received within 2 days of receipt. Please do not return the incorrect merchandise without first informing us. If the item(s) you want is/are unavailable, we will refund you the full amount.

 

Can I get a refund for my merchandise?

All merchandise is carefully inspected by hand prior to shipping. As such, Woof Living will not issue refunds. However, if we have sent you the wrong order by mistake and the item(s) you wanted is/are no longer available, we will provide a refund accordingly.

 

Will Woof Living pay for postage of wrongly-delivered item(s)?

Yes, we will absorb the shipping cost for the postage of the wrong merchandise.

 

Important note:

Merchandise* refers to ‘‘original, unused exchanged item(s), including all packaging, instructions, accessories and untampered tags that come with the exchanged item(s). The merchandise is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please ensure that you pack the merchandise with care so as to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. Woof Living will not be responsible for any loss and/or damage of the return item(s). We strongly recommend you to take up the option of registered mail. If, according to our inspection, the merchandise returned is damaged or changed in any way, Woof Living reserves the right not to accept the return of the item(s) which prove not to comply with the requirements for refund. Woof Living reserves the right to reject or accept the refund.
