What are the modes of payment?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal balances.

 

What can I do if I placed my order but did not receive any order confirmation?

Please make sure that you have added our email addresses to your email safe list. Check your junk/spam mail folder to see if your email server filtered your order confirmation by mistake.

 

There is an item I want from your store but it is no longer available. Can I order it?

You may write in to us at hello@woofliving.com with the requested item(s) details and we will try our best to restock the items.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Please note that cancellation is not allowed as all orders are final upon checkout.

 

Does Woof Living provide gift wrap service?

You will be pleased to know that all our merchandise will be beautifully packaged with eco-friendly tissue paper and message card. You will also receive our signature canvas drawstring bag if you purchase 2 items on our website. If you purchase 3 items or more, you will receive our signature canvas tote bag with compliments.   

If you would like to send as a gift with message, do let us know. Gift boxes are also available for purchase more than SGD150 or at a nominal fee of SGD10 per box.

 

Does Woof Living provide express delivery within Singapore?

Yes, we will be able to provide same day delivery to one location at a nominal fee of SGD20 nett if we receive your order by 11am. Otherwise, your orders will be sent out the next working day. 

Woof Living will not be responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in the delivery process.

 

How will I receive my order?

Depending on the physical size of your merchandise, we have 2 modes of delivery - Singpost Smartpac box (delivered to your letterbox) and Pickupp courier (delivered to your doorstep). All orders received before 6pm will be mailed/sent out the next working day.

Woof Living will not be responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in the delivery process.

  

When can I expect to receive my order (not including international shipment)?

Depending on the physical size of your merchandise, we have 2 modes of delivery - Singpost Smartpac box (delivered to your letterbox) and Pickupp courier (delivered to your doorstep). All orders received before 6pm will be mailed/sent out the next working day.

You can expect to receive your order within 2-3 working days (via Singpost Smartpac Box) or the next working day (via Pickupp courier).

 

Does Woof Living ship internationally?

Yes, Woof Living ships internationally. Kindly email us what you wish to purchase at hello@woofliving.com and we will come back to you with a definite shipping cost. We use Fedex for all international shipping.

 

When can I expect to receive my international order? 

All orders received before 6pm will be processed the next working day and you will usually receive your order from Fedex within 7 working days. Fedex will communicate via email on the date of package arrival.
