What are the modes of payment?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal balances.

 

What can I do if I placed my order but did not receive any order confirmation?

Please make sure that you have added our email addresses to your email safe list. Check your junk/spam mail folder to see if your email server filtered your order confirmation by mistake.

 

There is an item I want from your store but it is no longer available. Can I order it?

You may write in to us at hello@woofliving.com with the requested item(s) details and we will try our best to restock the items.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Please note that cancellation is not allowed as all orders are final upon checkout.

 

Does Woof Living provide gift wrap service?

You will be pleased to know that all our merchandise will be beautifully packaged with tissue paper. If you would like to include a gift card and message, do let us know. Gift boxes are also available for purchase more than $150 or at a nominal fee of $10 per box.

 

Does Woof Living provide express delivery?

Yes, we do provide express next day delivery to one location at a nominal fee of S$20 nett. Woof Living will not be responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in the delivery process.

 

How will I receive my order?

Purchases from S$35 will be mailed out by registered mail; purchases under S$35 will be mailed out by regular mail. If you require next day delivery, do let us know and we will deliver your order at a nominal fee of S$20.  Woof Living will not be responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in the delivery process.

 

Does Woof Living ship internationally?

Currently, we only do local deliveries. If you have an overseas request, do email us at hello@woofliving.com. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

 

When can I expect to receive my order?

You should receive your order within 2-3 working days.
