Exchange Policy

Please write in to "hello@woofliving.com | Subject title: Merchandise* Exchange Request" and share with us your reason for exchange and receipt number. 

 

Important note:

Merchandise* refers to ‘‘original, unused exchanged item(s), including all packaging, instructions, accessories and untampered tags that come with the exchanged item(s). The merchandise is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please ensure that you pack the merchandise with care so as to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. Woof Living will not be responsible for any loss and/or damage of the return item(s). We strongly recommend you to take up the option of registered mail. If, according to our inspection, the merchandise returned is damaged or changed in any way, Woof Living reserves the right not to accept the return of the item(s) which prove not to comply with the requirements for refund. Woof Living reserves the right to reject or accept the refund.

 

Will Woof Living pay for postage of my exchange item(s)?

No, you will be responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.

  

Can I exchange my item for a lower-priced item?

Your exchanged item must be priced equal or higher than the original piece purchased.
